The Challenge
The operator had a lobby that looked and felt like it was built in 2018. Player drop-off was high within the first 30 seconds. The game grid was unsorted, promotions were buried, and the mobile experience was an afterthought.
The Approach
We started with a full UX audit and player journey mapping before touching a single pixel. The redesign introduced a modular lobby grid with contextual game recommendations, a persistent bonus strip, and a redesigned navigation that reduced click depth to key features from 4 to 1.
The Outcome
Post-launch data showed a 34% increase in session length and a 22% lift in games-per-session within the first 8 weeks. The visual refresh also reduced churn in the 18-35 demographic by 19%.
